DON'T use the artwork in any way related to NFTs, AI datasets, or cryptocurrency.

A privacy fee applies if you request that your commission not be shared on my social media or portfolio. This helps compensate for the missed opportunity to showcase my work.

I DO NOT authorize the use of my work for NFTs or any Crypto related stuff, even with commercial rights.

I DO NOT consent to my art to be used in AI training, even with commercial rights.

YOU MAY NOT edit, trace or modify the artwork without my permision.

You acknowledge that this is a DIGITAL product and no physical product will be sent to you.

You have 3 free revisions during the sketching process.

Additional revisions during the painting or rendering stages can be requested for an extra fee.

Commissions typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on my current workload.

For urgent commissions, a priority fee will be charged to ensure delivery earlier than the estimated timeframe.

Deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the commission.

You may use the artwork for personal display, social media profiles, or non-commercial purposes, as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist (tagging or mentioning my handle).

You may use the artwork for wallpapers, profile picture, banner, printed or made into merch for personal use (non-profitable).

If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (selling prints, merchandise, streams, or marketing), a separate agreement and additional fees will apply.

Refunds can be requested before I begin working on the commission or if I am unable to complete it for any reason.

I am willing to be flexible with refunds depending on the client's circumstances and urgency.

Once the sketch has been shared and approved by the client, refunds will no longer be accepted.

Additional characters.

Complex elements (such as armor, detailed props, vehicles, etc).

Revisions beyond the limit (the first 3 revisions during the sketching process are free).

Once the sketch is approved, I'll finish the commission and send it to you with watermark, in high quality, PNG format
